Jerry and Carol Vesely own two homes in the beautiful Northstar California ski resort. Jerry began going to Lake Tahoe in the late 1960s. In 1972 he bought a lot at 1043 Martis Landing and built his first home there in 1974. He began renting out the home shortly after he finished building.

In 1978 he bought two lots on Basque and built his second home on 236 Basque in 1980. Since 1980, Jerry has rented out both homes.To keep his hand in the construction business and to ensure the homes have all the modern conveniences, he.is continually remodeling and updating both homes.

All renters enjoy access to the Northstar Property Owner's Association (NPOA) Recreation Center which includes a fitness center, two outdoor pools (one with year-round access), outdoor spas, adult quiet area, game room, and more.
